Mantri Residency is a complete package of comfort, convenience and luxury all of which is available at a price beyond expectations. It is one of the completed projects finished by Mantri Developers founded by Mr. Sushil Mantri in 1999. The building is located opposite the Meenakshi Temple on Bannerghatta Road in Bangalore. It offers 2BHK and 3BHK bedroom types. The area varies between 1180 to 2000 sq. ft. costing Rs. 6478 per sq. ft. for 2BHK apartments and Rs. 5000 for 3BHK flats.

The architectural design of the building includes construction in seismic zone II compliant with RCC framed structure, solid concrete block masonry and attractive lobbies. All the internal walls are smoothly plastered with lime rendering. 

The exteriors have the use of external acrylic emulsion paint while the interiors witness oil bound distemper paint. Entire flat is decorated with designer ceramic tiles. Toilet fittings and accessories have the FRP bathtub in master bedroom toilet, ceramic glazed tiles, Hindustan hardware, hot and cold water mixture unit of EssEss/ Nova/ Jaguar make and concealed master control cock from inside. Doors are made in Sal/hard wood. There is powder coated aluminium sliding windows in translucent glass with mild steel grills.

Kitchen has granite platform with stainless steel sink, provisions for aqua guard, washing machine, and storage and wash basin. All the electrical wires are of Finolex/Anchor make whereas all the switches are of Anchor/Manikchand make. To ensure safety, one Earth Leakage Circuit Breaker (ELCB) is provided in each apartment.
