Mantri Developers founded by Mr. Sushil Mantri in 1999 has come up with another amazing project called Mantri Webcity which is one of the most innovative projects located at Hennur Main road, Bangalore joining BIAL towards the north and Bangalore city towards south. It is the first techno residential project inspired by new age technologies like Nano technology, robotics and cloud computing. It’s a project which perfectly blends technology with comfort. It aims at keeping its residents connected and socialized in the community where they can live by incorporating the social networking elements in their daily life.

The towers draw inspiration from the neoclassical and contemporary architecture with a beautiful spine if water body surrounded by pebbled pathways and seating promenade. The building is located in earthquake resistance seismic zone II compliant to RCC framed structure with concrete block masonry. All the internal walls are smoothly plastered with lime rendering with ceiling cornices in foyer, living and dining areas. Exteriors and interiors are painted with emulsion paint while ceilings are painted with oil bound distemper. 


Vitrified tile flooring is done in living, dining, family, kitchen and bedroom areas while utility, balcony and terrace are done up suing anti skid ceramic tiles. White EWC and WHB are installed in all toilets of Hindware with hot and cold water mixture unit for shower of Jaguar make. Each toilet is having the health faucets and master control cock from outside. There are large sized toilet ventilators made of powder coated aluminium/UPVC with translucent glass fitted with exhaust fan in each toilet. All the plumbing lines are pressure tested while the water supply lines are of CPVC.GI of reputed make.

Indoor amenities include a clubhouse of area 4180.6 sq. mt. which has a well equipped health club, gymnasium, steam & massage room, squash and basketball courts, table tennis table, badminton court with pool table, TV room with mini theatre, creativity room, Karaoke Room / Dance / Aerobics floor with music system, meditation/yoga hall and unisex parlour.
